History of ACV
It originates from the existence of apple trees, growing along the banks to the Nile River since 1300 B.C.

Jarvis, M.D published his book Folk Medicine: A Vermont Doctor’s Guide to Good Health and widespread medicinal use of apple cider vinegar took off.
